supported by $ 30 million of capital investment and location, 15 acres TierPoint local business campus , the new data center installation is more than three times larger than the first TierPoint data center on this campus. The first plant opened in 08 and continue to operate with a full range of services. TierPoint also owns and operates a data center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

"A new data center facility we already have agreements in place in collaboration with two anchor customers and strong interest of others."
Designed to "state-of-the-art" specifications increased strength, security and connectivity, new, two levels characteristic of data center facilities:
-
Nearly 70,000 square feet total, more than 21,000 square feet of office space. over 34,000 square feet of raised data center floor space; and over 14,000 square feet of space support
- Two electrical substations with separate entry points and a total capacity of 5,000kVA
- N + 1 redundancy Food and four emergency diesel generators that city-based will help keep the facility running in the event of a power failure of the
- built to withstand wind and heavy water and a strengthened foundation to help withstand seismic forces improved.
Oklahoma Timberlake Construction served as general contractor for the project. Schneider Electric, a leading supplier of infrastructure of data centers, managed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing works in coordination with United Mechanical Inc. and Osborne Electric Company, which are two of the greatest entrepreneurs in Oklahoma.
The roofing system is constructed of separate structural steel framing and DensDeck substrate elements to protect against moisture. steel frame and pure concrete structural walls provide resistance to wind pressure roughly equivalent to an EF4 tornado
Safety is further enhanced by :.
- concrete panels Tilt-up surrounding each section of the building (offices, data center rack space) creating multiple layers of physical security
- 24 x 7 security personnel on site who monitor all movement in and around the building, with a dedicated DVR system linked to the cameras widely positioned throughout the interior and exterior of the facility
- a secure entry point or "lock" where clearance and proper credentials are required before access to the data center space.
data connectivity include dedicated access to US 10G network TierPoint and allow customers access to half a dozen fiber carriers on site, including AT & T, Cox Communications, Verizon, Chickasaw Telecom, Cogent and InfoSys.
