data center based in Northern Virginia and managed colocation provider InfoRelay announced its release of a new customer portal. This new portal will allow customers to keep track of their servers, network devices, racks, and cages.
One of InfoRelay data centers is the DC LGA3 part of the old Western Union Building, 60 Hudson Street, New York.
The portal includes the ability to reboot remote servers, even with multiple power supplies connected to different power distribution units (PDUs managed). Using a managed PDU allows customers to completely restart a system without having to enter the data center to do so. The customer portal InfoRelay helps prevent errors by allowing users to restart the name servers.
Customers will be able to review their terms and support packages using monthly support in the portal. This would allow customers to take full advantage of any package colocation support they have and more easily monitor their support costs. In addition, customers will be able to view and update their list users allowed to help them maintain their safety.

"Between usage tracking support and holding of the date literature, using the portal will enable customers to stay in control. We are committed to providing the best customer service to our clients and we believe this update will also enable us that commitment. "
InfoRelay, based in Herndon, Virginia provides both small and medium businesses as well as business enterprises with colocation, bandwidth and managed IT solutions . This latest update is part of a larger infrastructure growth initiative announced earlier last year. With the completion of customer portal, customers will have access to accurate and current information of the articles of worklogs and equipment.
