ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), a global provider of enterprise-class cloud services, announced that its ServiceNow platform cloud received FedRAMP certification of the US government. The FedRAMP certification would give federal agencies the confidence to accelerate their move to the cloud.
This certifies that the government community cloud ServiceNow passed the federal risk management processes defining standard security requirements for all cloud providers. This will save individual organizations time and money they may have spent doing their own evaluation of information assurance.
The Joint Committee Permission (JAB) granted authorization ServiceNow provisional operating FedRAMP (P-ATO).
