RapidScale, a global provider of cloud hosting services, including Infrastructure-as-a -service solutions, has hired Ron Hamlett as Vice President of Channel Sales for the Western region of the United States. Before joining RapidScale Mr. Hamlett served as Business Development Vice-President for three years Colo4 Dallas, now TierPoint, Dallas.
Ron Hamlett brings over 12 years of industry supporting services, colocation and cloud hosting services experience to the team RapidScale. Before joining TierPoint, he served as general manager with Level 3 Communications in Dallas, where he worked with large corporate organizations. The announcement follows news that Eric Solomon, an experienced telecommunications channel manager, was hired to lead the region North Central United States.
