Telx, a national provider of colocation and data centers in 13 markets North strategic US, announced two cloud nodes are now online in its Santa Clara and Atlanta data center with direct access to Telx Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud platform powered hosting by Peak.

cloud-hosting-colocation-telx The new main nodes reside in two Telx data centers, SCL2, a data center of 40,000 square feet at 2820 Northwestern Parkway in Santa Clara , California and ATL1, a data center of 0,000 square feet located at 56 Marietta Street in Atlanta, Ga.

to celebrate the opening of these new cloud nodes, Telx and peak are offering special incentives to customers which establish a new cloud hosting service, including hybrid configurations that leverage the Telx times roommate and peak powered cloud platform hosting. Among the incentives is a simplified migration plan, available until June 30, 2014, which includes:

  • free data transfer at Telx Enabled Cloud, Powered by Peak
  • Free bandwidth [10 Gbps] until all the customer data in the cloud is seeded Peak
  • free technical assistance for planning the migration
