Sentinel Data Centers, developer and operator of several tenants colocation facilities, will significantly expand its NJ-1 facility in Somerset, New Jersey, adding up 0,000 gross square feet and 20 megawatts of critical load.
expansion "Phase III" comes as the current 230,000 square feet NJ-1 co is approaching capacity and demand for large users concentrated Sentinel supply remains strong. Sentinel has the ability to pre-let in the expansion of Phase III and intends to bring the service online in addition to the second half of 2015.
