Located along the Route 495 Technology Corridor in Marlborough, the Massachusetts Xand colocation facilities serves Greater Boston and Providence metropolitan areas and is strategically positioned away from flood plains coastal and urban areas threats.
Spurred by the growing demand for cloud hosting, managed hosting services, and hybrid solutions colocation, Xand management team assigned to the installation of a major expansion in 2013 construction started in Q3 of this year and now the company has completed its expansion of several million dollars. The new features build data center 30,000 square feet raised floor space with a roommate supported by dedicated generators.
The expansion also adds expanded power and cooling capacity, new areas of recovery seats disaster dedicated and shared, and two-factor access controls paired with biometric security scanners. The new space would be well suited for roommate private custom cages , multi-cabinet designs, and other enterprise infrastructure footprints
