Wow Technologies, cloud infrastructure company based in Seattle, WA, acquired the assets of Virpus Networks, a provider Xen budgets VPS hosting solutions based in Kansas City, MO.
The acquisition of Virpus, Wow Technologies would be able to expand more in the budget VPS hosting world , and add serious value to the market using its resources to expand on this Virpus has already built. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Virpus was founded in 06 by Kenneth Odem and Nick Rose with the mission to provide unparalleled service at very competitive prices.
"Kenneth built a quality product with a loyal customer base and we are extremely pleased that we will be able to build on top of what Virpus has already achieved," said Jimmy Pandra, President and Managing Partner at Wow Technologies . "We will offer new products and services in the coming months and the addition of new data center locations to our offerings."
