Equinix Announces Closing of Acquisition Telecity, Doubles Presence data center in Europe -

interconnection and colocation company global data center, Equinix (Nasdaq: EQIX), completed the TelecityGroup acquired in a transaction valued at approximately $ 3.8 billion (£ 2.6 billion). Adding 40+ TelecityGroup data centers more than double the capacity of Equinix in Europe.
