[data Interoute, owner operator of one of Europe's largest networks and a platform of comprehensive cloud services accommodation, center acquired company Easynet. The deal puts an enterprise value of £ 402 million, approximately $ 617 million on Easynet.
The acquisition will enable customers of the merged group to access a full range of combined companies products and services.
Interoute provides a range of unified connectivity (UC), information and communication products and services to multinational and national companies, such as UEFA, the European Space Agency SCA and Saxo Bank, global telecommunications operators and Internet content providers.
Easynet is a managed services provider with over twenty years experience providing integrated networks, hosting and unified communications solutions to national, international and global clients. The valuation of these key areas of expertise is a range of free services including colocation, security, voice and application performance management.

Easynet has recently expanded its Enterprise Cloud with new platforms in Washington, Singapore and Sydney, to provide better performance, low latency, and compliance.
