Rackspace promoted Carla Pineyro Sublett senior vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO). Carla Sublett oversee all global functions in marketing to raise awareness for Rackspace as a managed cloud provider.

Carla Sublett brings over 17 years of technology sales and marketing experience to the new role at Rackspace. In his previous role CMO Americas Rackspace , she was responsible for driving demand generation through events, field and channel marketing, eCommerce, telesales and digital marketing .
Before coming to Rackspace, Carla Sublett held various sales positions and marketing leadership in Dell . Specifically, Sublett was executive director of marketing for Dell Latin America, where she managed all aspects of marketing across multiple channels, including digital, online, retail, distribution and value-added resellers ( VAR). In this role, Sublett helped drive record growth pipeline and converting prospects to sales, in the region, while doubling the contribution of marketing for the company.
Sublett has received numerous professional awards throughout his career. She was recently named a Henry Crown Fellow 2016.
