Comlink has aquired the IP network assets of the City of Macomb, Michigan.
Acquisition of optic fiber network 350-mile of the city of Macomb, Michigan, will grow comlinks IP network in total, more than 800 miles of road in the greater Detroit area. The City of Macomb originally built its IP network to provide high-speed connectivity among all schools in the region.
Comlink add the 350-mile network to IP network already expansive 5,500 mile serves business customers in the state of Michigan.
"adding the city of Macomb facility greatly enhances our ability to serve business customers in Macomb and throughout the Greater Detroit area," said John Summersett, chief operating Comlink .
