Almost a year after the acquisition of Carpathia Hosting, QTS Realty Trust announces changes to Executive leadership to support the future development of the company. QTS has strengthened its executive suite by appointing Jon Greaves, CTO of Carpathia old, the new role of Chief Technology Officer, reporting directly to Chad Williams, President and CEO of QTS.
"Jon's expertise will continue to add value for our customers as it affects the strategic vision of technology platforms" QTS "said Chad Williams . "In the last year, unique perspectives Jon have already resulted in new innovative solutions for QTS clients."
Jon Greaves has spent much of his career in managed services, security information and operations. During his seven years at Carpathia, Mr. Greaves has served many roles, including Chief Scientist / Chief Information Security Officer and was a key factor in the success of Carpathia. Prior to joining Carpathia, Mr. Greaves was a Distinguished Engineer and CTO of global engineering for Sun Services team.
Peter Weber, former CEO of Carpathia and head of integration efforts, QTS chose to leave to pursue outside interests.
