HP chose the caching software based on Samsung's AutoCache host to be made available to end users as an add-on to HP generation server family 9. the Samsung AutoCache software will be listed as an option for the following HP server models: DL360, DL380, DL560, DL580 and ML 580 .

Samsung AutoCache can be used to accelerate a variety of workloads and databases, including Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), real-time big data analysis, data warehousing, the business intelligence applications, Virtual Desktop infrastructure (VDI), public and private cloud environments, and general virtualized workloads.
Samsung AutoCache supports physical and virtual servers and is a leading caching solutions that implements VMware vSphere IO API for filtering fully support cache write in virtualized environments. Samsung AutoCache ensures that frequently requested data is cached and maintained by solid state drives (SSD) instead of slower back-end storage and media rotation, eliminating storage bottlenecks and accelerate time the application response.
