International Endurance Group (NASDAQ: EIGI), with a family of brands Bluehost web hosting which includes, HostGator, iPage and Domain.com, announced the appointment of Karen Williams as senior Vice President, M & a Integration. Moreover, Sham Sao was appointed first vice president of products.
Karen Williams will manage the transition of new business units in the family of Endurance, working closely with the Corporate Development team and family Endurance brands. She will be responsible for the integration of all acquisitions, ensuring that newly acquired business operations are folded into the brand portfolio.
Karen Williams previously served as director of integration for IBM
Ms. Williams previously Director of Integration for IBM , where she led the integration of three key acquisitions: Ounce Labs, green hat, and Fiberlink . Williams was responsible for the daily operations of the company while ensuring a smooth and seamless integration into IBM employees and customers acquired. While there, she led a functional, cross the world team in terms of successful integration, covering all business functions. Ms. Williams is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Bachelor.
New Senior Vice President of Products
Sham Sao joined Endurance Citrix, where he was responsible for Product Management, Product Marketing and Strategy. While there, he also led the portfolio management product and the first strategy through the largest division, and then through the spectrum of Citrix products $ 3 billion.
